For over 20 years, I have been working as a professional photographer, combining a sound base of advanced technical skills with the creative ability to conceive and execute a wide range of projects, commercial and artistic. In the past two years, I have expanded into video production.

Apathia Amalthia

ΑΠΑΘΕΙΑ ΑΜΑΛΘΕΙΑ

Once upon a time in Katsicoland η Αμαλθεια θήλασε τον Δια. Γνώριζε ότι θήλαζε Θεό, τον Παντοκράτωρα του κόσμου; Την ένοιαζε; Θα άλλαζε κάτι αν δεν ήταν Εκείνος; Η απάθεια της Αμάλθειας είναι το μεγαλείο της κατσίκας που δεν γνώρισε Βοσκό. Οι κατσίκες στις φωτογραφίες είναι ελεύθερες, αρχαίες στα προπατορικά βράχια της Τήνου, υπολείμματα της Τιτανομαχίας. Η απάθειά τους, έτσι όπως κουτσομπολεύουν παρέα ή τριγυρνούν ξεχνώντας τι ψάχνουν είναι η ελευθερία τους.

Once upon a time in Goatland, the goat Almaphia breast fed Zeus. Did sho know that she breast fed a god, the pantocrato of the gods ? Did she care ? Would it make a difference to her if it was not Him ? The apathy of Almathia is the majestic element of a goat which never met a shepherd. The goats in the works of Giorgos Vdokakis are wild and ancient like the primordial rocks of Tinos, are the remains of the Titanomachy. Their apathy when they gossip and keep company looking for seeming that they keep forget is their freedom.
